We are currently recruiting for the following volunteer positions:
📋 Event Coordinator (1)
Lead the event, oversee volunteers, and help everything run smoothly.
🤝 Welcome Team (2)
Greet guests, answer questions, and make everyone feel welcome.
📝 Volunteer Registration Team (2)
Help new volunteers sign up and provide information about getting involved.
🏛️ Board Member Recruitment Team (2)
Speak with potential board members and share leadership opportunities within our organization.
🎁 Donation Collection Team (2)
Accept donations, organize donated items, and thank community supporters.
🌭 Food Team (3)
Prepare and serve refreshments while helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
🏢 Business Outreach Team (4)
Visit local businesses, deliver our nonprofit information packets, and build community partnerships.
📸 Social Media & Photographer (1)
Capture photos and videos, share updates online, and help tell our story.
🧹 Setup & Cleanup Team (4)
Assist with setting up tables, banners, chairs, and equipment before the event, then help pack everything up afterward.
💙 No experience is required—just a heart for serving others and a desire to help families in our community!
