Every great nonprofit begins with people who have a heart to serve.

As we continue building Families 1st Community Outreach, we’re looking for two dedicated volunteers to join our founding leadership team. If you’ve ever wanted to make a real difference in the lives of families facing difficult times, this is your opportunity.

We Are Looking For:

📋 Secretary (Volunteer)

Responsibilities include:

• Taking meeting notes
• Organizing documents and records
• Scheduling board meetings
• Helping keep the organization organized

💰 Treasurer (Volunteer)

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with financial records
• Tracking donations and expenses
• Helping prepare budgets
• Working with future accountants and financial reports

Please Note:
These are volunteer positions while Families 1st Community Outreach is being established. As our organization grows, secures grants, and receives ongoing funding, our goal is to create paid positions when financially possible.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you’re retired, a college student, a stay-at-home parent, a working professional, or simply someone with a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

No nonprofit experience is required—just a heart for serving families and a willingness to learn.
